Dates, times, instants and list folding, as a fluent chain: the f() API.

Reached as #f() from SpEL and f() from Groovy - both resolve by name, so neither needs an import. The next step is always one of four fields: date for calendar dates, time for times of day, instant for absolute moments, list for folding. From there the chain continues by method call, as in #f().date.today().plainDate.toIso().
