public class F_PlainDate_Elapsed extends Object
Distance from one date to another, in a chosen unit - reached as elapsed on an F_PlainDate.

Pick the unit field first, then the direction: elapsed.years.after(birthDate) gives completed years since that date, which is an age. Counts are whole units truncated towards zero.
